Processing and delivery times are contingent on the items ordered. Bandanas only orders take up to 1 week to process, and are sent via Lettermail so delivery time will vary based on your location. Biothane items take 1-3 weeks maximum to process, however are sent via Parcel mail so delivery time will be 2-5 business days. Treats and Supplements are premade and are available for delivery/pickup immediately. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

We would ideally love to provide complimentary shipping for all purchases, however as a new small business we hope this becomes possible as our community expands over time. For now, we provide flat rate shipping based on items ordered Free Shipping (tracked and insured) within Canada is available on all orders over $79 Free Shipping (tracked and insured) outside of Canada is available on all orders over $100

Most of our seasonal prints are available at the applicable time of launch and may sell out. You will not be able to order out of stock items until these prints are back in season. Preorder items are out of stock non-seasonal prints that you still have the option to order. Please note with preorder items the processing time will likely be 1-2 weeks longer than usual.
